Mommy/Daddy & Me French “Summer Camp-style” Program
In this special edition program, we take advantage of Ottawa’s beautiful summer weather and change up the location and activity for each weekly class! This allows us to experience immersive French learning that changes based on the space or activity. Learn French with your infant/toddler while socializing and exploring family-friendly spaces and activities throughout the city.
What does this program consist of?
45 minutes of fun French learning followed by optional family socials. Examples of activities include: gymnastics, park dates, arts & crafts, bakery visits, dance, and more!
What does “Summer Camp-Style” mean?
We will continue offering our fun Beginner French classes as per usual, but the difference will be that our “Vocabulary theme of the day” will be based on a new location/activity each week. We will be visiting various businesses and testing out family-friendly activities throughout Ottawa all while learning basic French vocabulary. For example, a swimming day will include fun songs and activities involving water & ocean creatures etc., while a crafts day might focus on learning about colours and shapes.
What is the cost for this program?
The cost changes based on that summer’s activities. We can say it’s approximately $160 for 8 classes and it includes entry & participation to all activities/locations as well as a cute class t-shirt for your little one.
